Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Bad Weather Policy:
In general, the center will be open. In a real weather emergency, check in with our answering service and or website for closing details.
Transportation:
Transportation can be arranged within a 10 mile radius of our center.
Holidays:
The center will be closed on six (6) holidays per year
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Items to Bring
Clothing: A complete set of clothing must be provided. Coats and jackets must be labeled. If needed, provide a supply of disposable undergarments.
Medication: Those that are to be administered during the program hours must be provided in a properly labeled container. Ask your pharmacist for a duplicate empty bottle each time you refill a prescription.
