Meet the staff of dedicated professionals working at our adult day care center.

Tracey L. WolfmanTracey L. Wolfman

RN, BSN, MA

Tracey L. Wolfman, owner of We Care Adult Care, Inc. always had a passion for senior citizens. She launched “We Care Adult Day Care, Inc.” in 2000. A registered nurse with a Master’s in Nursing Administration from Teacher’s College, Columbia University, Tracey has spent the last 30 years working with the elderly population specializing in Alzheimer’s disease. Tracey’s dedication and knowledge have helped many people afflicted by Alzheimer’s disease and their family caregivers.

Opening We Care Adult Care, Inc. gave Tracey the opportunity to provide superior services to those families fortunate enough to utilize them. A nurse, expert speaker, caregiver, and entrepreneur, Tracey has provided a “Quality of Life” unequaled by any other adult day care center in Monmouth County.

We Care Adult Care, Inc.’ was nominated for and won the Small Business Success Award by the NJ Small Business Development Center. The company has also received proclamations from the Governor of New Jersey and the NJ State Senate for outstanding Service to the Community. We Care Adult Care has been highlighted on News 12 New Jersey, a New Jersey television station, and has had numerous newspaper articles written about adult day care in local and regional papers and magazines.

Tracey is formerly an adjunct professor at Monmouth University and has spent the past 30 years serving on the Board of Directors for Alzheimer’s New Jersey. Tracey also serves on the Marjorie K. Unterberg School of Nursing and Health Studies advisory board.

Beth O’NeillBeth O’Neill

CALA, Office Manager

Beth O’Neill has been an employee of We Adult Care, Inc. since 2001. Beth is in charge of all daily operations of We Care Adult Care, Inc. Beth brings great enthusiasm and dedication to her role as office manager, always greets customers with a smile and assists families with their many needs. Beth enjoys working with the seniors and only wishes adult day care had been available to her when she was a caregiver herself.

Beth was born and raised in Brooklyn. She moved to Middletown, NJ in 1999 with her husband and four children. They are members of Mary Mother of God Church in Middletown. When her children where younger, Beth was a Girl Scout leader, softball coach and Pre Cana leader. With her three older children away at college, Beth keeps busy cheering on her youngest son at all his sporting events.

Diane EiaDiane Eia

RN, Director of Nursing

Diane Eia has been an RN for 32 years, specializing in the care of the elderly and developmentally disabled. Diane graduated Brookdale Community College with two degrees, in Psychology and Nursing. At We Care Adult Day Care, Inc., Diane is responsible for the medical care of all members, including working closely with the other disciplines that make up the framework for We Care Medical Adult Day Care. Many of her years of nursing have been spent in supervisory and administration capacities.

Diane was born and raised in Middletown, graduating from Middletown High School South. After living in Middletown for 25 years, Diane now resides in Howell with her husband Douglas, also a Middletown native. Diane has 3 children, Christopher, Brian and Karen. Diane is involved in her church, as both a lector and lay Eucharistic minister. Diane enjoys attending Zumba classes and walking the boardwalks.

Kelli Desmond MSWKelli Desmond MSW

CSW – Director of Social Services

Kelli joined the team in 2014 as the Director of Social Services. Kelli’s responsibilities include providing quality of care, support, advocacy, assistance and community resources to We Care Adult Care, Inc. members and their families.

Kelli received her Bachelor’s in Social Work with a minor in Gerontology from Ramapo College and her Masters in Social Work from Monmouth University. She has more than twenty years of experience as a licensed social worker. She has worked with older adults and their families in a variety of clinical settings including long-term care, nursing homes, adult day care and dementia care. She provided counseling, resource information, funding and care management. Kelli also chairs a monthly Alzheimer’s support group for caregivers. Contact We Care for additional information.
